How to pay for your holiday

On this page you will find all the information you need in order to pay for your holiday. Once money matters are out of the way, we can focus on the fun part – planning your African holiday!

Leopard is based in Africa, and we sell directly to our customers. This means that we are able to cut out the middleman and offer you a much better price than you would get from an overseas travel agent.

Because we aim to keep our costs as low as possible, in order to give you the best price, we require that you send payment to us, net of bank fees. There are a few ways to do this:

  • Pay via credit card
  • Pay via local or international bank transfer
  • Pay via a money transfer app such as Wise
Credit card and Bank Transfer

We accept Visa, Matercard and American Express credit cards. If you choose to pay via credit card or bank transfer, we will send you a payment link via Flywire. Flywire does the exchange rate conversion for you, and so the ZAR or USD amount shown on your invoice will be converted to your local currency at time of payment.

When you open the email from Flywire, click the payment link and it will take you to a website where you will be shown your deposit payment, with due date, and your final payment with due date. After selecting your deposit, or final, payment fill in your personal details. You will then be presented with a few options for payment.

If you would like to pay via credit card, select this option and fill in your card details.

If you would like to pay via bank transfer, into a local bank account, select this option. If you pay via bank transfer, you will receive a document with banking details, a reference number and the local currency amount. Please do the funds transfer to the local bank account as soon as possible, in order for us to receive the funds and pay deposits for your holiday.

Money Transfer App

You may also pay for your holiday via money transfer app. If you already use one of these apps, you might find this way the most convenient. Different apps are available in different countries, but we have received payments from both Wise and Revolut with no problem.


We aim to give you a comprehensive quotation covering all expenses that you might incur on your trip, so that there are no hidden costs along the way. Please take time to read the inclusions and exclusions of your quote carefully, and ask any questions you may have. Please also read our booking conditions, attached to your quote and final confirmation.

Clients often ask why cannot itemise each part of our quote. We are bound by confidential contracts that prevent us from disclosing individual rates. But we are sure that the rate we quote is much better than one you would get from an overseas travel agent.
