Unforgettable Journeys in 2024 and New Horizons in 2025

I’m grateful for another exceptional year for Leopard. We had 331 people travel with us to 10 different countries in Southern and Eastern Africa in 2024.

This year, our clients enjoyed unforgettable experiences across Africa. From savouring South Africa’s finest food and wine in Cape Town and the Winelands to embarking on safaris with countless remarkable wildlife sightings, boating in the Okavango Delta or walking among elephants in South Luangwa. Others hiked in remote mountainous areas or trekked to see lemurs in Madagascar. Some chose to unwind along gorgeous sandy beaches lapped by azure waters on an Indian Ocean island.

We’ve planned holidays for American celebrities, European royalty, international millionaires and billionaires. I’m happy to say that we treat all our clients with the same royal treatment, aiming to give you the best travel planning service you have ever experienced!

In 2024, the team and I continued to update our firsthand, local knowledge. We visited Kruger National Park, Kenya, Cape Town, Victoria Falls, Chobe, Namibia, Madagascar, iSimangaliso and the Drakensberg. These trips are our most significant annual investments, ensuring we uphold our commitment to providing clients with unparalleled expertise and authentic local insights.

I’m excited to see what 2025 holds as this year draws to a close. We have some lovely bookings in place (as far ahead as November 2025) and we know these clients will love discovering our beloved continent. Africa’s diversity is astounding, extending beyond its bountiful wildlife and beautiful landscapes to its warm and friendly people.

I have some exciting trips planned for the first part of the year. I am going to some very wild and remote places. One is a far-flung group of islands in the Indian Ocean and the other will take me deep into a tropical jungle where few tourists venture. Our big family trip of 2025 will be camping in the Kalahari. I think 2025 is going to be a year of exploration, discovery and wilderness for me! What is 2025 going to bring for you?
